Fussy Cutting PL Cards with Jen Schow

Hey Hip Kit fans! I’m back to bring you a layout using the awesome PL cards. I don’t do much pocket scrapbooking anymore, but I absolutely love using the wonderfully designed PL cards in layers and punching and fussy cutting them for my traditional layouts.

I started by fussy cutting the speech bubble out of a 4×6 card – I knew it would be perfect for my journaling!

I knew I wanted to bring a lot of color in, so I cut the flowers from my favorite 3×4 card in the PL kit and placed them around my photos.

I punched a bunch of circles out of cards that had patterns that matched my color scheme. Circles never get old, in my opinion!

I added those gorgeous epoxy hearts, a few puffy flowers and some scribbly circles with a pen and called it done. So fun and so easy! Here’s another look at the finished layout:

So, do you use your Pocket Life Kit to make traditional layouts? I hope I’ve inspired you to try!
