Today we have an a wonderful surprise for you all. Today we are honored to share with you, the work of someone you probably know well from our Member Group. She is a subscriber of our kits, and once seeing her beautiful art in the gallery, we knew we needed to give her a huge shout out! Her work is colorful, creative & ‘oh-so’ inspiring!

I was born and grew up in the south west of England, with the exception of 3 years in Nova Scotia, Canada. Except for those years, I have always lived in the south west region in a mix of city, town and village. I have been married to my husband for 16 years and we have had a few fur babies over the years who are often featured on my layouts, along with my beautiful nieces. My scrapbooking passion started about 15 years ago with digital – I was actually a digital scrapbook designer for a few years. However, because I was on the computer with work all day, I found it too much to do in the evening too, so I found paper scrapping and haven’t looked back, even though my current job is less computer based. I have subbed to a few kits over the years, but none has inspired me the way Hip Kit has – once I found the YouTube channel, there was no looking back for me! My biggest inspiration is Missy Whidden – she helped me discover mixed media and it has reignited my love for the art of scrapbooking rather than feeling the pressure to document everything in a set order.
