Hey everyone! I’m so excited to be sharing my first layout here on Hip Kit Club today! I’m so happy to join this fabulous team and I’m looking forward to sharing my projects with you! I literally got the kit a few hours ago, and of course I couldn’t just put it aside, right? Everything in the kit is so perfectly matched that I could easily satisfy my crafty craving and get back to my Friday routine.

While I was waiting for the kit to arrive, I knew the first photo I would use with it would be this one. It’s a picture of my daughter, Dasha, from a few years back, when she was still in kindergarten. One day there was a kids’ concert dedicated to the International Women’s Day celebrated on the 8th of March. All girls were dressed as flowers. Dasha was a violet. We  had made the costume for her the night before, and she also had learned a poem about this flower. Well… I may have shed a couple tears while looking at my little girl when she went on stage on that day.

As I said this layout took me less than 30 minutes to make. I used the Hip Kit Club September 2018 Main Kit, as well as the stamps and paints from the September 2018 Color Kit.

Bazzill Wisteria cardstock from September 2018 Cardstock Kit  seemed a perfect backdrop for the Indigo Blue 2 page.

And of course my job wouldn’t have been so effortless and easy without gorgeous Indigo Blue 2 ephemera and gold foiled wood stickers, all from the Main Kit.

Sometimes… well most of the time…we don’t have much time to craft. Good news – we still can make beautiful projects in the little time we have with our HKC kits!
