Is your home Star Wars crazy right now? Well mine is…the flashing of light sabres, robot voices, Darth Vader & heroics of Obi Wan are the order of the day, so it seemed fitting that I ‘forced’ a little Star Wars on y’all today.

Before I carry on…let me say that I waited in vain for the postman to deliver my December kits today…but alas, still nothing. The SA postal system is super slow over Christmas time, so you’ll have to forgive me for yet another page using the fabulous November 2016 kits. Not that I mind, because I ADORE them! Take a look at this one.

Darth Santa?! by Kim Watson

Is this photo not the cutest you’ve ever seen LOL. It is from a few years back. My son comically reinterpreted his santa costume with a little Star Wars influence. Hysterical!!

For the red peppermint accents, I used one of Hip Kit Club 12 Days of Giving FREE cut-files. Teamed with silver glitter thickers, they make such eye catching embellishments on the grey background paper!

The photo is matted on a layered collection of patterned paper pieces, Crate Paper ephemera & exclusive December Documented journal cards.

A little sentiment cluster on the top right corner makes the perfect anchor for my journal strips, where I discuss the similarities between Santa & Darth Vader. Don’t hold it against me please haha!
