Wedding in blue and a card | Anna Komenda

Hello.

It’s Anna here with next part of projects created with April 2016 kits. Today I want to show You a layout and a card. I will also have a process video too 🙂

głowny

Let’s start with a layout. I used my wedding pictures to create it. We got married nine years ago and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary few days ago. I thought that it’s a great opportunity to go back to old photos and relive this moment once again.

I mixed together all the april kits here. To be honest – I did it right after they arrived… First I tried to keep them separate but they match themselves perfectly so I gave up. Now I have everything in one big box.

I picked this simple but very pretty patterned paper from Elle’s Studio from April 2016 Main kit as I thought it will looks great with my bright, wedding photos.

I added few bits and pieces here and there but I didn’t want to cover my three hearts. I love this simple wood veneers from Simple Stories. You can find them in April 2016 Embellishment Kit

I also used beautiful heart cut file designed by Ashley Horton. You can get it for free. All You have to do is to create a free account and Hip Kit site.

As I mentioned before – I also have a simple card to share with You today.

I used items from April 2016 Color kit and a Project Life card from April 2016 Project life kit. It’s one of those 5 minutes projects.

I trimmed white textured paper for the proper size. Then I used a butterfly stencil and two Shimmerz mists to create a background. I let it air dry and used my sewing machine to create a contrasting edge on my card. My last step was to cut a part from PL card and use it as a title. Simple as that 🙂DSC_7636

The last but I hope not least is my process video. It’s quite long as i decided to record some intro about my creative process. I hope You will enjoy it.

Thank You for stopping by and see You next week on Facebook.
