Hi everyone!

I am so excited to be joining the Hip Kit Club design team! I am still pinching myself that I am here! Today is my very first post, I am still waiting on my April Hip Kits (hurry up airmail) so I am posting a ‘get to know you’ about myself!

My name is Tarrah McLean, I live near Sydney, Australia with my darling hubby Simon and our 2 amazing boys, Luke – 10 and Oliver – 5. I have been scrapbooking for 1o years and I still love it as much now as I did when I started!

I have just recently sold my hairdressing business that I owned for 8 years and although I am still working a couple of days a week, I have a little bit more time on my hands for my favourite hobby! My hubby is VERY supportive and lets me scrap all the time! It is quite handy having sons as they always want to go and do what Daddy is doing-leaving me to delve into all the pretties!

I absolutely LOVE colour so you may see some bright layouts from me in the future! I love to include cut files, flair buttons, machine stitching, typography, wood veneer, splatters of dark mist and enamel dots on my layouts. I enjoy creating layouts mostly but also enjoy creating cards and mini albums too.
