Hey everyone!! I was so excited to crack into the September kits last weekend! I managed to make a few projects, but just sharing the first one today 🙂
There are so many great colors in this month’s kit – I love all the blues mixed together with pops of fushia and bright yellow too! I used a cut file for one side of my page and layered pieces of patterned paper behind some of the open spaces and then balanced the other side with some papers from the Dear Lizzy Documentary collection that are in the kit.
I also wanted to give the wood slices a try that are in the kit! It is truly a unique embellishment… I was able to easily apply some of the rubons to the top of the wood piece and I do love how it turned out!
