Hi all! Kay here with another layout using the September Kits. We started back to school last week, so I snapped a pic of us on our way to start my 26th year of teaching and Jenna’s start of 8th grade. Time flies!!! I kept it linear and simple . . . it’s what I know.
I inked over the “hello” with my chalk ink, which I also used to ink the edges of the papers. I also used the Washi tape on the top and bottom of the page to ground the design.

And that Amy Tan alpha? SWOON!!! I added the journaling and tucked it behind the photo. That way I don’t get a complex about my handwriting. LOL!
