Let me just tell you that Laura creates the most amazing Project Life layouts. This first layout captures and documents the little moments from her Mother’s Day Weekend – just like a project life spread would but without the structure. I love all the Instagram photos!!! Laura said she was really impressed with the Crate Paper Pier Die Cuts. There were lots different shapes and details – which made them really easy to incorporate into her projects. The cluster of die cuts in the upper left hand corner of her page is gives great texture and dimension! On this next layout she wanted to include the Echo Park Rainbow paper. She said she loved the pattern and wanted it to be the show on her page. She takes her son to the park almost every day, and always manages to take a few pictures. So rather than creating a “fun day at the park” layout, she decided to do have the focus of her page be about her favorite Iphone photo apps. What a great idea!!! embossing powder (from our April/May Color Add-On Kit) over the top of the wet ink. After removing the excess powder, she heat embossed the swish. This created a unique spot to add her sentiment and a few other embellishments. Looking for card making supplies? Browse our monthly kits - each one includes coordinated papers, stamps, and embellishments perfect for handmade cards. |
