Hello friends! Anya here sharing a new layout I created using the January Hip Kit. Must admit, this is one of my favorite HKC Kits up to date! I love the colors and patterns in this kit so much! I literally created this page standing at my table, trying to clean up my workspace after making cards, but I couldn’t stop. I started playing with floral embellishments and other flowers and greens that I fussy cut from of two different patterned papers in this kit. After placing the details on the newsprint pattern, I added a few more papers and my layout was basically done.

Later, I came back to finish this layout and realized that the color combination here was so delicate that any additional color will take away from the beauftiful floral clusters. For that reason I decided to print my photos black and white. I love black and white photography, especially since after removing color from a photo, the first thing you notice on them is emotions.
This layout came together so smothly, which always inspires me to go back and make anoter page. I can’t wait to play with this kit again! There are so many other fun product included in this kit I want to play with, especially the dies.
