Hello friends! Anya is here today and I am happy to share with you two projects using the same die set. This was one of my favorite items in the October kit and I just love how versatile it is! In my first project I used the dies to cut houses in two shades. Whenever you use tone-on-tone dies cut pieces they create a soft effect adding a little texture to the project.

 

 

To finish that cluster I added a wood veneer house and to balance the left page, I added a wood veneer phrase at the top of the page and a tiny heart to create a visual triangle.

 

 

 

For my next project I used the same die set to create a background scene on a Christmas card. I cut a bunch of houses and adhered some straight to the background and others with pop dots for a little dimension. I decided to finish this card with Items from November Kit, adding fun chipboard pieces, layered sticker and foam sticker.
