Hi Hip Kit fans! It’s Natsuko Suzuki here sharing a layout using the 2023 September Hip Kits. Here is my layout.

I focused on using the Number Background Stamp. I chose the Shine Your Light Paper and stamped on it three times. Then I fussy cut them with a craft knife and scissors. Next, I chose the B-side of the New Beginnings Paper for the background. I tore the leftover paper I stamped on and adhered it on the upper side. I also used the company strip for the bottom. Before I adhered the numbers, I did some mixed media on the background. I pulled out the Coffee Stain Stamp and stamped it several times with the Distress Oxides from the August Color Kit. I also watered the inks down and splattered it randomly.
After adhering the numbers, I added some splatters with the stamp from the March Color Kit. Every month there are tons of embellishments, and the September Kit is not an exception. I used the Layered Stitched Dimensional Stickers, Embellishment Pack (Baker’s Twine, Wood Buttons, Epoxy Button Stickers), Mini Chipboard Stickers and Cardstock Stickers.
I also added chain stitching. I love adding stitching to layouts, it adds so much dimension!
