Hello! I loved playing along with the July Mood Board Challenge and found great inspiration in the Mood Board below!

For my layout, I took inspiration from the shape and colors of the umbrellas, the blues in each photo, and the beachy feel of the center photo. I started my layout by cutting 4 inch triangles out of a rainbow of patterned papers from the Main and Cardstock Kits using the Cricut Design software. I distressed the edges of each triangle and adhered them together to create the look of the umbrellas.

Behind the umbrella, I added coordinating colors of Shimmerz Paints from past Color Kits. I layered my three photos to the right and got busy embellishing around them! I absolutely love all the varied elements in the June Kits! The chipboard pieces, gold glittered foam stickers, and fabric stickers were among my favorites!

I created floral clusters to the bottom left and top right of my photos from flowers that I fussy cut from patterned paper. I also tucked some button chipboard pieces with embroidery thread into the clusters.

I layered embellishments and ephemera behind, around, and on top of my photos to draw your eye to this area. I always want my photos to stand out and by emphasizing this section of the layout, people tend to notice them more.

I finished the layout by adding a few more gold glittered stickers, splattering the gold glitter acrylic paint from the June Color Kit, and adding a few Pops of Color from my stash.
