Hi everyone, Anke here with a new layout inspiration for Hip Kit Club featuring the August 2022 Hip Kits. It’s Mixed Media Monday and I created a layout using the stencil, which is included in the August Color Kit.

I cut strips from the Hip Kit Club Exclusive – Chase the Sun – Wave Scape paper and rolled them. Then I took a piece of tulle (I cut off a piece of a fly screen) and colored it using the Delfinium Turquoise Lindy’s Starburst Spray which is also included in the August Color Kit.
I glued the paper rolls on a piece of cardstock. That made it easier to place them on the page. But before I glued the tulle and the paper rolls on my layout, I created the background using an ink pad, a blending brush and the stencil from the August Color Kit.
Then I adhered the tulle and the paper rolls. I framed my photo with a frame from the Chase the Sun Ephemera pack, which is included in the August Main Kit.
Then I cut some clouds from white cardstock using metal dies and added them to my layout combined with two clouds from the Chipboard Accents Stickers pack which is included in the August Embellishment Kit and a sun from the Puffy Shape Stickers pack which you can find in the August Pocket Life Kit.
Then I picked out more die cuts and arranged them around my photo combined with another Chipboard Accent Sticker, some of the Fabric Leaf Die Cuts, which you can find in the August Embellishment Kit and more Puffy Shape Stickers.
I also added one of the Fabric Label Die Cuts from the August Main Kit.
Then I completed my title with two of the Puffy Phrase Stickers, which you can find in the August Embellishment Kit.
I also added some tiny die cuts and a tab from the Die Cut Tags & Frames pack which is included in the August Pocket Life Kit.
I continued embellishing the layout with another Puffy Phrase Sticker and some of the Mini Puffy Accents Stickers which are also included in the August Pocket Life Kit.
Finally I added another Fabric Label Die Cut and some Nuvo Drops from my stash.
I really love how the layout turned out and I hope you like it too.
