Has a patterned paper ever inspired a layout? The ‘Golden Sunrise’ paper did just that for my page.

I cut apart all the pieces & pieced them back together to create my ‘scene’. I distressed the edges of the suns rays & stitched with some tonal thread.
my ‘sun’ was created by colouring a piece of watercolour paper with the Magical powders in Ramblin’ Rose Pink & Teenie Weenie Bikini to get the sunset colour.
By using the paper pieces I was able to infill the bottom half with some of the fabulous ‘Yeehaw’ paper to set my scene!!
I hand drew & cut 2 cactus, inked them & placed them either side of my page & added my photo & clusters around those, layering up all the lovely embellishments.
I finished with my title going around the sun using the 2 alphas out the kits.
