Hello everyone, for product focus Wednesday our assignment was to choose one product from each kit to focus on. I picked the wood buttons from the main kit, the floral die cuts from the embellishment kit and the cardstock stickers from the PL kit, as well as the stencil from the colour kit.

Currently, I enjoy a little bit of mixed media on my pages so I began by adding colour strips using a palette knife and the paint pots we got in the March kits. Then I used a pen to draw the pattern of the stencil in two corners or my painted area.
From there it was a fairly quick process as it was clear that I would be creating along these vertical lines. As a finishing touch I used my Nuvo Drops to highlight the centres of the flowers and stitched down the wood buttons.
