Hello everyone, did you know that you can stamp with your metal dies and your stencils? The image will not be perfect but you get even more uses out of your products. For this background I first coloured in the stencil with the April ink pads, misted some water over it and then repeatedly stamped it onto my cardstock. The Gina K. inks are so saturated that you can mist and stamp multiple times with one layer of ink on the stencil. Then I affixed the flower die from the January metal die set onto a stamping block using rolled up scotch tape and used it to create more interest and depth on this subtle background.

The fabric pocket was stitched on and holds a tag for journaling. I also used the flower die in the traditional sense and created a little flower cluster around my three photos. Isn’t Spring just glorious? Have a wonderful day, xx, Melanie
