Hi everyone, welcome back to the Hip Kit Club blog today, Jana here with you and i have a fun new mixed media monday project for you. But i would call it a ‘soft mixed media’ page.

I started with two of the inks (Catherine Pooler – Hot Tub & Seafoam) from the #november2021 #colorkit and colored the exclusive number cutfile with blending brushes. I splattered some water over the inked image and used a paper towel get the water off. I love the cool effect on the image and i love how the colors are looking together.

I wanted to create some kind of a big present on the paper and for that i cut two paper strips from the white paper (with the tiny black dots on it) and placed it over the cutfile and “wrapped” the whole paper…

The picture shows me and my hubby and we´re having our anniversary/wedding day on the 10th of december and so it is some kind of a countdown. From this day only two more weeks until christmas.

As i colored the cutfile i thought i could go with (yes, another) monochromatic project. I had a look into the #hipkitclubexclusive die cuts from the #embellishmentkit and the #mainkit and found enough in green, blue and turquoise for a nice cluster.

I created my title with some of the beautiful chipboard word stickers from the main kit and finished this project with lots of the awesome glitter enamel dots. I am totally happy about this layout and i really hope i could inspired you in some ways…
