Hello Hip Kit Friends. It’s Karlla here and I’m so happy to share a new project with you.  I’m just obsessed with the “November 2021 Main Kit“

An exclusive Hip Kit collection to fill our Christmas with love. I love Christmas and it’s my favorite holiday. I look forward to that day all year. On my son’s first Christmas, we already created the custom of making cookies during the month of December especially for Dear Santa. He loves this moment, and every year it gets more fun. I created this layout to record this incredible afternoon we had together.

When I saw “Wish Season – Ephemera”, I immediately imagined these beautiful ornaments falling out of the picture. I wanted to concentrate all the detail in one corner of the page. I love this style of sketching, especially when i want to work with mixed media.

I made a composition with two papers from the kit, with this torn one that I love. and I cut out some flowers to use as the background for my photo.

How not to fall in love with “Wish Season – Wood Veneer Shapes”? I hardly ever use wood in my layouts, but these stickers are awesome.

I made a mixed media focused on the ornaments and I thought it was beautiful as it highlighted all the details. For this work I used “Catherine Pooler – Polished Dye Ink Pad” from the “November 2021 Color Kit“

Added some more details from the “November 2021 Main Kit”, Silver Glittered Enamel Dots and Chipboard Phrases. everything so rich in detail. I feel like this collection matches a beautiful splash of white acrylic paint. so I concentrated on the main details.
