Hello everyone, It’s Eva on the blog today sharing a layout I made with the gorgeous August Main Kit. I decided to focus on one of the papers of the kit: the one filled with triangles.
To create my layout, I cut all the squares from the paper and fringed one side of the triangles, I tried my best to cut even but with this technique it doesn’t matter if you don’t do it perfectly.

I placed my squares at a 45 degree angle and layered them from the bottom to the top.
I placed a black and white photo in the middle and embellished with some flowers and thickers from the Embellishment Kit and Main kit.
I love the texture of the fringed papers, I even bent them a little to add some dimension and movement.
I think it is really easy to create a project when you focus on only one paper at a time. Repetition is key to create a well designed and attractive layout.
