Hello Hip Kit Club family, friends and fans!

Kerstin here with a quick and easy mini album with the gigantically great July 2021 Hip Kits! I had already prepared a mini with the wonderful June 2021 Hip Kits but when the awesome July 2021 Hip Kits arrived, I had to make a new mini album right away! You can understand that – right?

 

 

I chose the pink solid “Pinkini” paper from the July 2021 Cardstock Kit and cut it to 12 x 9 inches. Then I folded 3 x 3 inch boxes, so I have a total of 12 boxes. The beginning and ending boxes in the middle row I folded in half again and cut a line at the top and bottom with the craft knife. You can see from the photos how the boxes are folded – it’s very easy!

Now comes the great part! Decorate with the different kits – July 2021 Main Kit, July 2021 Embellishment Kit and July 2021 Pocket Life Kit! Every part in these kits is just great – I don’t even know how to describe it – these colors, these patterns – just perfect SUMMER!

 

 

I sewed the buttons from the Build A Bloom Pack from the July 2021 Embellishment Kit onto a vellum that I had previously sewn around with my sewing machine. But also the Ephemeras from the July 2021 Main Kit are so great that the decision is hard!

 

 

I also really wanted to use one of the chipboard frames from the July 2021 Embellishment Kit. To do this, I cut out the shape with my craft knife, glued a small bag filled with sequins behind it, and glued a 3 x 3 inch piece of paper from the July 2021 Pocket Life cards behind the sequins bag. I’m in love how this look!

I made a cover in the size of 3 1/4 x 9 inches. For this I covered cardstock with the great colorful Dream paper from the Flourish collection by Kim & Kimberly. On it I placed the sayings, 2 Luggage Tags and beautiful Globe Puffy Stickers from the July 2021 Pocket Life Kit. The mini album I have made with a ribbon to close.

I am SO happy with how this mini album came together!
