Hello Hip Kit Club friends, Becki here to share a layout with you that I created with the May 2021 kits and a subscriber cut file. I created a process video of this layout. You can find that video HERE.

The cut file I used is free for Hip kit Club subscribers. I LOVE to use cut files on the backgrounds of my layouts. On this layout, I cut the cut file out of white cardstock and layered it on top of a piece of white cardstock. Before adhering the cut file with adhesive foam strips to the background, I added some stitching with my sewing machine and white thread.

It’s Father’s Day this weekend here in the United States. We’re celebrating by having “no pink week.” Pink is one of my favorite colors so it wasn’t easy to leave it off of this project.

Because the background has a lot of texture and dimension, I wanted that to show as much as possible. I used one 4×6 photo to the middle of the layout. On both sides of the photo I added floral die cuts.

This layout is simple and came together very easily!! I can’t wait to see what you create with the subscriber cut files and the May 2021 kits. Happy crafting!!
