DT assignment for today is “flower and butterfly” Yes, my favorite items! I found beautiful flowers and butterflies from April 2021 main kit. I fussy cut flowers from “blossom in blue” paper from maggie holmes and butterflies “monarch” paper by Amy Tangerine. To match blue flowers, I cut out only blue butterflies. I decided to arrange them like the bottom right image of the moodboard.
And then, I chose photo. I thought this blue flower goes well with cool boy’s photo! My son entered elementary school from April. So, he wore a suit and went to take a commemorative photo. Coincidentally, the book he had in his hand was blue, so it was perfect.
I added some black to keep a good balance with my son’s black backpack. “sunshine” sticker and two chipboard stickers below that are from April 2021 embellishment kit.
