Hi Hip Kit Friends! It’s Daniela again and I can’t wait to share my first layout created with the November 2020 Hip Kits with you guys. My November 2020 Hip Kits have just arrived, and I can’t even tell you how much I love them. They are fully packed with exclusives, the colors are simply beautiful and there are so many cute nostalgic elements, but also fresh and modern patterns, which is such a cool mixture.
My first layout is a mixed media layout, let’s take a look:
I started my page with a mixed media background. I mixed some Lindy’s powder with white acrylic paint to get a candy cotton colored background. Then I added some blue color splashes and placed the Joy of Giving cut file piece on top of it.

I used different embellishments to back the backs of the letters. There are sequins in the Main Kit, which add a shiny touch to the page. A mixture of chipboard stickers, vellum stars and acetate die cuts from the Embellishment Kit add different textures and lots of dimension to the project.

I love combining soft colors with black accents, can be done so easily using these kits.
