Mood board inspired layout | Cristina Sales

Hi beautiful Hip Kit Club community, Cristina here with a new project I made with the totally awesome october kits. I decided to focalize my composition on the beautiful patterned paper by Simple Stories Cozy Days collection. I really love those flowers so I decided to use a dark blue cardstock underneath a piece of flowers paper.

To make my page I followed the november mood  board full of fall warm colors like those inside the october kits. I chose my embellishments by the Pebbles new The avenue collection, like stickers and die-cuts. From the cozy days collection I chose to cut out some lovely tags by a patterned paper and use them to write my journaling and add my photos. I fixed them together using an eyelet, so I can rotate the tag and read what I wrote on the one below.

All the elements used are by the main kit, the cardstock kit  and from the embellishment kit. I totally love the puffy gold phrases with different fonts that perfectly matched together and how the both two collection are full of elements to decorate my layout.

This page is dedicated to my home because I am doing a lot of work to make it more comfortable and welcoming since due to this pandemic I am forced to spend a lot of time at home. As I wrote in my journaling I’m grateful to be able to spend  a lot of time at home and relax myself making scrapbook projects, watching tv with my mom and clean it taking time calmly.

To complete my decoration I added some drops of gesso mixed with water using a watercolor brush.

This is my last project using the october kits because the november ones are already here so I’m so excited to start working on those amazing Christmas new collection totally made by Hip Kit Club exclusives.

That’s all, thanks for stopping by and see you next time.
