Hi All! Ashley Bright here! Today I am sharing a couple gift boxes I made using the beautiful October 2020 HKC Kits.

The assignment was to incorporate some fun layers so I started by creating large shaker elements that cover the lids of both boxes. I made these using acetate, foam tape, and the Simple Stories frames that we received in the kits. For the boxes, I used cardstock papers from this month’s kit and lined them with some of the Simple Stories papers.
I then started to create clusters around the corners of each box. I incorporated several fussy cut elements, chipboard pieces, puffy stickers, and die cuts.
I used the rolled flower cut files to fill one of the boxes and some bows from my stash to fill the other. That is my completed project- thanks for stopping by!
