Hello everyone! How are you? It’s Lory here to give you some fresh Monday ideas to be creative:) Finally Autumn is here and I’m in love with its warm and bright colors adding a touch of purple, it has never been one of my favorite colors and instead today I’m loving it! I am out of my comfort zone and I can’t be happier!

 

To create this page I started from  white background where I added some gold acrylic paint, some ivory white acrylic paint with the packaging bubbles plastic and some soft pink watercolor just to add dimension and shadow to the leaf wreath. I have used the amazing October 2019 Hip Kit Cut files, Leaf Wreath and Loose leaves, I’m in love with them and I thought they were just perfect for the idea I had!

 

I focused my page on the autumn colors, autumn story and especially of three different ideas to inserti journaling in my page! Here the tips:

• Create a corner in the page where a die cut pop up with your handwriting journaling like I did with the frame cut out from the Pink Fresh Studio paper
• Use some little circles where you can write some little phrases, I am happy to say that after a lot of time I have used my typewriter to make some tries and then my computer font to create some circles of journaling to add to my page. The computer font I have used is Remington Noiseless.
• What I love most is the roll of paper closed as a pergamena, you can place a hidden journaling there, I loved how it came out.

 

 

The September kits are so gorgeous and these colors are amazing all together! I started embellishing the wreath mixing many different die cuts, leaves, flowers,  some thread, some gold stickers and the chipboard title “together” from Crate Paper  Marigold collection that you find in the September embellishments kit .

 

 

 

I love create some little layers and the final result was delightful! Playing and having fun telling my story is what I love most about scrapbooking! These kits are helping me to save time because I have all the supplies coordinated  and this is so helpful in a busy crasi life like mine ;P If you didn’t see yet the October Kits go and take a look they are simply gorgeous!
