Hey Friends! It’s Anett here today with a new mixed media layout. My assignment was to create a mixed-media layout using cut files.

I used 2020 Hip Kit Club kits. I am in love with the Dear Lizzy papers, so I choose it as my background. I knew I wanted to use more patterned paper to backing the Hello Summer exclusive subscriber cut file (created by Kim Watson), so I used some white acrylic paint and made the background around the cutout lighter, whiter. Next I splattered with the Aquamarine and the Custard Cream Nuvo Embellishment Mousse.
I backed the cut file with yellow and aqua colored patterned paper, and collected all embellishments with these colors. I also stamped some flowers using the stamps from the Stamp kit.
The butterflies are from a previous cut files release. The one on the top is backed with vellum. They give such a light airy feel.
