Product Focus | Lets Wander by Michelle Stokes

Hello Scrappy friends! It’s Michelle back here today with a new layout share using the MAY 2020 Main Kit. I had the task to choose 2 products to be the main focus of my layout, and boy was it a tough decision. With so many amazing items in the kits its hard to choose just 2. I ended up deciding on the Tags and labels cut apart paper by Stamp Market and the Vicki Boutin Lets explore ephemera pack.

I cut all the tags from the paper, punched holes in the top of each then strung them up with cotton twine and laid them across some white card stock. I adhered them all to the page using either foam tape and scrap bits of card stock to create different heights of dimension.

I layered 2 other cards from the ‘Tag and Label Cut apart sheet’ under the photo and as a base for the title.

I also used some of the black and white floral pattern ( ‘Paper 8’ – 5th & Monaco) under the photo of Leila. Such a fun afternoon this was exploring the new park down the street.

I used the ‘Let’s wander’ piece from the Vicki Boutin Ephemera pack as a title for the page in addition to some of the stickers from the 5th & Monaco sticker sheet.

I kept the embellishments to a minimum as these ephemera pieces are HUGE! They’re so cute tucked into the layers creating a cluster of sorts.

And those glasses.. Didn’t think I’d be able to find a reason to use them until I realised Leila’s shirt has glasses too.

Along the top of the layout I added a strip of pink diagonal stripe from the 5th & Monaco ‘Paper 8’ layered on top of the wood grain sticker strip to act like a picture rail. This made it look like the tags were all ‘hanging’ which I thought was kinda fun!

I also added a couple more stickers from the 5th & Monaco sticker sheet, found in the MAY 2020 Main kit along with all the other items I’ve used on this layout.

Well that’s all from me today, thanks so much for stopping by.

Until next time, Happy Scrapping!
