I was totally inspired by the picture in the upper right corner, with the pompoms on the wood sticks. I went outside and grabbed some branches, i wanted to use them on my project. I decided to go with yellow, orange and a touch of red for my colors today. I started with the may 2020 ColorKit! StampMarket Inks and VickiBoutin Stencils… yes!

The cute picture is showing my son, my niece and the daughter from my very best friend and i believe it was taken in 2007/2008. I placed a pocket life card behind it…
I used the three inks from the color kit and a blending tool/brush. I gently added the ink through the stencil, i blended them together and finished the background with some matching splatters. I wrapped some floss around the branches and glued it, with hotglue, to my background.

I fussy cut some black and white butterflies from a patterned paper, used some circle punches and started to scatter them around and on top of the branches. I used hotglue for everything. It´s quick and easy and it´s also giving some dimension.

I found some super matching and cute little glittery AmyT. stickers which i sticked to some of the circles and in the middle from the sunburst image on the background. My journaling found a place on one of the punched circles. The backside had this awesome lines on it, yay! happymemories-jana4

I added some more paper circles around the picture and added the blutterflies on top of the branches. I re-sized my paper and glued it to a patterned paper. I distressed the edges and call it a layout!

I hope you´re inspired to use the moodboard for your next project… think outside the box and grab some supplies you´ve never used before. That would be fun, right?!
