Hi everyone, Jana back again with you and i have a new sketch inspired layout for you. This is also my first layout with the stunning April 2020 Kits!
This is our current sketch, designed by Niki Rowland and i love it!
and this is my take on it. I stayed with the cirles but changed my placement… the journaling strips are also on my page… the best part on a sketch, you can change it or you can stay with the original design! I really enjoy working with sketches and it is also very helpful when you´re out of ideas…

The pictures are showing our little new puppy! He will join our family in a few weeks but we are visting him and his seven brother and sisters very often. We named him Odin, now we have a white Loki and a black Odin… but let´s talk about the layout.
I started with some circle dies, from my stash, and some pretty papers from the April 2020 Main Kit. I knew that i wanted to use the chipboard dog somewhere, i mean, he is perfect for this layout. The Crate Paper Chipboard stickers are included in the April 2020 Embellishment Kit!
I distressed the edges from the circles and placed my circle shaped pictures on some tissue paper. I placed my circles pretty close together and started to embellish them with some little details. The awesome holographic Alphas, included in the April 2020 Pocket Life Kit, are one of my favorite things in the Kits. I mixed a black chipboard word into the title and really like how it looks.
My journaling was written on a Pocket Life Card and cut into little strips. I placed it under the word “baby” and next to that gorgeous photo. The grid circle underneath the strips helped me to get everything straight….
Look at the awesome shine on the holographic alphas!!! So awesome!
I finished my layout with some matching enamel dots and little stickers. I really love how this page turned out and i really hope that you are inspired to use the sketch for your next project. Please share it with us in our Facebook Group!
