Using the HKC Exclusive Stamp | December Documented | Elsie Robinson

Hey everyone! It’s Elsie here and today I’m sharing some more pages from my December Album with you. I used the November 2019 kits, as well as the December Documented 2019 kit and I was challenged to incorporate the HKC exclusive stamp sets into my pages!

First up, I created a vellum divider page. This is a great hack if you have two busy patterns next to each other, because the vellum softens one pattern and makes the pages look much more cohesive. To decorate this vellum page I used the number stamp set (from the December Documented kit) and heat embossed the number 5 with gold embossing powder from the December Documented Colour Kit.

Cutting an opening on a page and using some acetate to create a small window, is a fun and interactive element you can add to your albums. I decorated my acetate by heat embossing some stars (from the Pocket Life Kit stamp set) in white and sandwiching that between two frame die-cuts

For the page above I created my own pattern by using the blue cardstock (from the Cardstock Kit) and heat embossed some white snowflakes all over the background using the stamp set from the Pocket Life kit. This is such an easy and cute way to jazz up plain paper.

On the inside of the flip-up page, I again used the number stamp set to create a list. I used inks from my stash which matched the colours from the kit. I love how simple but effective this was to create.

And finally, I did some more gold heat embossing but this time I fussy-cut the number out and used it as a die-cut. You could even batch make lots of these numbers so they’re ready to go for when you fill in the rest of your album.

Thanks for stopping by!
