Hi everyone, Jana back again and i have a fun new mixed media monday Layout for you. We were also asked to use a CutFile and to use some punches or to fussy cut… I used a “beautiful life” CutFile (it´s not online yet, but it will very soon) and i cut it three times from cardstock. Backed one of the pieces with a pretty light purple paper from Paige Evans Truly Grateful Collection (August 2019 Main Kit) and glued the other two on top. It´s more dimensional now and i really like it…

I also did some outlines on the white cardstock, just for some contrast. The filled letters were also pimped with some of the Magical Powders from the August 2019 Color Kit – the paper color was not perfectly matching to my background work.

I grabbed two patterned Papers from the Main Kit and started to fussy cut some pretty flowers (all in purple, red and light pink) and some butterflies. But before i added anything to my background paper i added tons of splatters… i sprinkled some of the Magical Powder on the cardstock and i activated it with clear water splatters. I really love how this is looking.

The Powders are perfectly blending into each other and they are creating new shades and i LOVE it! All of the flowers, butterflies and leaves were clustered around the big title and the cute photo. I used a lot of 3D squares for dimension here.

I finished this project with some tiny heart stickers from the August 2019 Pocket Life Kit and the word “EDDA” with the gorgeous Paige Evans Alpha from the August 2019 Embellishment Kit. So much love for this page!!
