Hello Hip Kit Club Friends, I´m so happy to be here today and to show you my first project for the Hip Kit Club Design Team. Today´s scrapbook layout is inspired by the June Mood Board. For this layout I used products from the May 2019 Main Kit and Embellishment Kit.

I was inspired by this bright yellow mixed with a purple. In this Kit is a lot of a bluish purple which I used for my scrapbook layout. The first thing I noticed was the stairs and I incorporated this as an element into the background of the layout. The paper Horizon 14 by Pink Paislee fits perfectly with the acetate butterflies from the kit.

For the background I first painted a small spiral, on which I can orient myself. The triangles of papers I have aligned and glued to it. I have made sure that the colors alternate and thus the image becomes more harmonious.

In order to make the scrapbook layout monochrome and according to the specifications of the Mood Board, I have previously picked out all the elements in the colors and thus decorated the scrapbook layout. The little tassel and word stickers are the eye catcher next to the butterflies. The stars and sequins complete the scrapbook layout.

For a little more dimension and variety, I designed the background with watercolors. You can include the colors of the layout or apply a neutral color. I decided on a neutral gray, so that the layout does not get too restless.
