Hello Hip Kit friends!! I’m excited to share some crepe paper fringe inspiration with you today!
I paired two layers of the fringe with some strips cut from the Hip Kit Club exclusive scallop paper and the strawberry paper from Illustrated Faith. I love how the scallops look with the fringe!
