Hello Hip Kit Friends! Lorilei here today sharing a layout using the March Hip Kits with you! Being a new scrapbooker I don’t have a history with rub-ons. There has been lot’s of buzz about how excited people are to have them showing up in collections again! I took the opportunity with this layout to give them a good workout! The 1Canoe2 gold foil rub-ons came in the March 2018 Project Life Kit and they are gorgeous!
Before I used the rub-ons I laid out almost all of my design. I knew there were no second chances and wanted to be sure of the placement. I took a photo so I would know where everything went and then started adding the rub-ons! They worked beautifully and they are so shiny! I added the bigger rub-ons in a vertical strip and then scattered some of the little fireflies around the center design.

I scattered some beautiful embellishments with the rub-ons above and below my photo cluster! Some gold splatters finished off the page, I love how it turned out!
