Hey friends! Today I’m here using Irit’s beautiful sketch.  Here is what I created using the absolutely beautiful January kits for the first time:

As you can see, I used the gorgeous stamp set from the color kit. It’s by Echo Park (Fashionista) – and I just LOVE how those stamps turned out with the oxides! First I stamped all over my areas using the pink and orange – no water – and then, as I still had pigment on my stamp, I used a mister on my stamp and pressed the pattern onto my layout again, this created the detailed roses and watercolored roses look at the same time!

 

I fussy cut a bunch of flowers of the GORGEOUS floral patterned paper designed by Kim. Oh my goodness, we have so many floral patterned papers these days but I promise you that this one is one of my top favorites of all time forever and ever. It’s so colorful! I also used some exclusive die cuts with the same pattern. By the way, those golden thickers…urgh. I am in love. They’re so narrow and perfect. I love thickers like that.

 

 

Also that exclusive heart pattern…I just…I…*sigh* I really wanted to showcase it. As I’m not a huge paper-scrapper, this was really one of my goals.

 

 

 

I also added some more details in the form of sequins (Studio Calico) and the PinkFresh Studio (The Mix No 2) puffy hearts. I need 1000 packs more of those, I already know they belong in my main stash.
