Hey everyone! Irit here and I’m so happy to share with you my newest project. I love the Distress Oxide inks we received in the November 2017 kits, so I had to play with them when I created this layout-

The color kits are always fun, and the November 2017 one is no different. I used the inks we got in the kit, and added some from my stash to create this colorful background. You can see exactly how this came together in the video tutorial I created. Just keep scrolling!

Wahoooo! I really felt like I had to explode with colors again, I haven’t done this in so long. I used the Distress Oxide ink in peacock feathers, but somehow I carried away with even more colors and acrylics, and this is where I ended up:

and here’s some more eye candy:

Just as flour and sugar are staples in my kitchen, paint and embossing powder are staples in my scrapbook stash.

Drawing on the colors in the photos on this page, I added a mix of blue and purple embossing powder and paint to the background.

With purple and blue acrylics, I painted over the alphabet stickers from the November 2017 Embellishment Kit, intending to use them on the page, but when I lifted them off of the white cardstock that I had been painting over, I loved the masking effect so much that I decided to use the “accidental” title instead.

I also altered one of the frames from the November 2017 Project Life Kit. If certain colors don’t work with your layout, you can always change them using paint and/or embossing powder.

Have a great week!
