Hello, it’s time for another Sketch Friday and this week sketch is an amazing sketch created by our fellow design team member Elsie! As you already know many design team members working with this sketch. Marinette and Zinia here and Audrey, Michelle and Tanya will share their creations on our HKC Facebook group 😉 . 1 – Marinette 

Hello Hip Kit fans,  Marinette here today to share with you my interpretation of this amazing sketch. I prepared you a Traveler Notebook layout. I chose to work with a very subtle palette. I cut my b&w photo with a punch circle. Then I grabbed some of my favorite papers and embellishments and started to combine them all according to the sketch (Nope! Not so true)

I adore circles so I keep this design on the right page of my TN layout. On the left page I added one of the gorgeous PL card designed by our own Kim Watson. Then I ended by adding some PinkFresh Studios embellishments here and there and voila!

2 – Zinia

Hello everyone, it’s Zinia here and today I’m using Elsie’s beautiful sketch to create  a layout with my October Hip kits.

I really loved the sketch so I followed it closely. I pulled all sorts of flower images from the kit, mixing the floral paper by Jen Hadfield with the exclusive wood veneers and the ephemera flowers from Pinkfresh Studio.
