Thursday Inspiration – Irit’s Exclusive Patterned Paper’s

Welcome back to another edition of Thursday Inspiration, where 3 of our wonderful designers each create a project using a given product or theme. Teaming up this week are Cara, Jana and Anna. You could even say that there’s a forth designer on board today since the product they are showcasing are the exclusive HKC papers from our very own Irit Landgraf! These watercolour papers are so pretty and whimsical, and those colours! We’ve all come to know those as Hip Kit Club colours.

Hi planner girls and scrapbookers along for the ride! Just because you aren’t a planner girl doesn’t mean that you can’t grab some inspiration from us planner gals and if you jump ship and want to give planning a try, all the better 😀

I am in LOVE with Irit’s papers and the colours are so fab! I never get to use large pieces of patterned papers in my planners but I’ll get as much of it in there as I can. I ran a strip of the Lilly paper at the top, with a bit of the Carpe Diem washi peeking out below.

I ran another strip, this time Ella, along the bottom, with a strip of the back of Lilly sticking out above it and joined them with another strip of the washi.

And because I just couldn’t get enough of this paper, I made a tip-in from the Lilly paper.

I ran a piece of the branding strip from the Amy Tan All the Feels paper along the top covering the dates. I used the Amy Tan sticker book and added in new dates.

Around the edges of the pages, I sprinkled Exclusive HKC Chipboard pieces, more stickers from Amy Tangerine and a couple of the HKC Exclusive puffy stickers.

I made some clips by sandwiching a paper clip between two identical shaped stickers (Exclusive HKC puffy stickers and the Echo Park chipboard) with some hot glue. Ok, so the pineapple puffy stickers are not EXACTLY identical, but it’s pretty freakin close and they are too cute to not make a clip!

I also added some of the Bella Blvd Designer clips, embellishing one with a couple of Amy Tangerine heart stickers and a puffy dot sticker.

Hi everyone, i really had fun creating my layout for this post. Irit´s exclusive papers are gorgeous!
I went a bit crazy with all the stitching here, but once i started i added more and more… totally love how this turned out! I decided to go with a color on color theme, so after i finished the stitching i looked into all the awesome DieCuts and Stickers to grab all the pinks, yellows, ornange and blue tone things!

Hello everyone. I am the last one to inspire you with the Irit’s papers. I love them so much because I love watercolors and colorful images and Irit did a fantastic job combining both.

I used paper called “Lily” from the Main Kit as a background of my page. I stared with cutting two big ice creams from the white cardstock from the Cardstock Kit. I used exclusive cut files designed by Kim Watson. I apinted them using watercolors and backed them with a paper scraps from the July Kits.

I added three fun pictures of my daughters and nephew eating ice creams. I looked fro matching embellishments and with all those goodies I had a problem picking just a few. I decided to use wooden ice creams from the Main Kit and cardboard stickers from the Embellishment Kit.

I also added a title created of blue exclusive alpha stickers from Embelloishment Kit. I just love this fancy font. I finished my page adding some splatters with mists from Color Kit.

That’s all for today. I hope we inspired you to use those gorgeous papers. Thank you for stopping by and see you soon on Facebook and blog.
