Welcome back to another fabulous Thursday post filled with lots of inspiration for you!  This week, it’s just me, Cara! I’m working with just the July Main kits to bring you lots of ideas that you can use in your projects. No worries if you aren’t a planner girl. you can use these ideas in your scrapbooks 😀

So, planner girls and future planner girls (I’m determined to bring you all over to the planner side!), I’m in my bullet journal this week. I don’t know about you, but preparing for back to school can be a lot of work. Ok, I do have 6 children so that may play a role in adding to my to do list 😉 however, I believe I’m not alone in this being one of my busiest times of year. So I’ve created a spread in my bujo to help keep myself organised using my July Main Kit.

I used the back side of the Library paper by Maggie Holmes for Crate Paper as a background and I hand wrote the beginning of my title. I layered some HKC Exclusive Soft Black Puffy Alphabet Stickers onto one of the Amy Tangerine die cuts. I used lots of those die cuts all over the spread, I chose mostly journalling spots and labels so that I could have plenty of room to write my to-do list.

I fussy cut lots of flowers from the Color Me Pretty Paper from Dear Lizzy for American Crafts. I left them uncoloured, I like how the black and white make the colours of the die cuts  pop.

I also layered 2 books cut from that Maggie Holmes Library paper. Two strips of patterned paper on each end gives the spread a polished look. I used the other two Maggie Holmes papers, Hello Beautiful and Be Happy.

A happy yellow exclusive epoxy clip and yellow Bella Blvd stars finish the spread and a fabulous gold arrow clip tops it off perfectly.

I sandwiched 2 paperclips between the 2 arrows from the HKC Exclusive Summer Bliss Wood Veneer Shapes. The arrows are almost exactly the same size and shape so it works perfectly.
