Hi everyone, Jana here with a fun new Layout!
My theme for this week is creative Journaling ideas… i had one! But i needed to think about it for awhile, because i wanted to have a interactive Piece to cover up my journaling.

I started with this hot air balloon and i wanted to have my journaling behind it… so i started by thinking about the “moving” part. I used two toothpicks and some 3D Tape, created two areas for the movement. Added some paperstrips and adhered them down to a second paper piece, which i glued down to my background paper.

Here you can see how it looks when i lift up the balloon! Totally love how this turned out!

Because of the whimsical feel of the page i added some flowers into the clouds and some cute critters. The Shimelle collection is full of cute things like all of the little animals! BIG LOVE! The journaling is about me and the fact that i am not a dreamer, i am a person who thinks about the worst case first and always clear to realitiy, if that makes sense to you! but when i dream, then really big and totally unrealisitc!

I also added some watercolors to my sky, i used the prima marketing inc. watercolors from the color kit! I am still working with the May 2017 #hipkits and i love all of the Kits!
