Wahoo! Guess who has received their December Kits? Yes, it’s me, Jessica Fabiano. The girl who’s sharing this layout with you today:
I used some of my favorite Gelato colors for my “mixed media” background; I don’t want to call it mixed media because in fact all I did was smearing the Gelatos down and spreading the pigments with a baby wipe. I decided to go with a darker pink to a lighter pink and aqua blue.

I used the beautiful ephemera that came with the gorgeous December Main Kit.
The ephemera is from the Take Me Away collection released by Pink Paislee earlier this summer.
I used a whooole bunch of tiny little embellishments that I spread all across the page. Can you see the glitter heart? I used the glitter tape from the Embellishment Kit and glued it down onto white paper, then cut it with my bigshot using those heart dies. That way I can have as many glitter hearts as I want! 🙂
I really love those mirror stickers! I was a bit skeptical about mirror stickers at first because I thought they would be a nightmare to photograph, but I was wrong! They’re easier to take a picture of than gold foil! Can you see the tiny acrylic stars? Exclusives from the Project Life Kit.
Did you see what I did with the tassles from the main kit? I used them as extra banners to add a little more dimension. Can I just please say how much I love those fresh colors? Urgh. LOVE. I also added polka dots with a black alcohol marker around my layout as a frame.
