It is Michelle here with a layout to share using the Hip Kit October Kits.
My layout was inspired by the gorgeous white frames in the Jen Hadfield Ephemera pack which I paired with a square Instagram photo. I really liked using the white on white effect and the negative space created by the white frames on my layout. I did use the reverse side though as I felt the frames were a bit cream on my white background. I started off my layout with some white gesso, and then used the Teal pencil from the Prima Water Colour Pencils and added some texture paste through the cross mask from the Colour Kit. I then framed this onto the diagonal stripe patterned paper, added some gold and black details with the black titles from the Snapshots Thickers and I just loved the little cups which had ‘Best’ and ‘Friends’ written on them summed up the friendship of my girls with their best friend in the photo.
