Hi all! It’s Terhi here continuing playing with August Kits. Not only I fell in love with the awesome and versatile August Color Kit, but the We R Memory Keepers Golden words from August Main Kit made me inspired as well. Although, creating layout around black&white photograph with pastel colored patterned papers and embellishments, I thought bright gold wouldn’t fit that well right now and so the word “adventure” got whole new look. In addition to the main kit I added some goodies from August Embellishment Kit, August Project Life Kit and white cardstock is from August Cardstock Kit
If you wonder how the gold turned into light, super light blue? And how the acetate triangles are placed between the layers? Take a cup of coffee and watch the video below, I’ll show you. A little hint, the word “adventure” has three different layers of different medias on it and still it was easy to make! You can use the same methods to any stickers, chipboards, thickers… Your imagination is the limit. If you like the shape but not color, take your basic tools and alter it.
