Good morning Hip Kit fans! I am stopping in today to share some quick cards using the June Hip Kits!

I always tend to have scraps around and really, making cards is one of the best ways to use them up!

I started off with one of the PL cards from the PL add-on that I hadn’t had a chance to use yet and trimmed it down slightly to create the base/sentiment for this card:

I just love the flower on this card and trimmed out the flowers from one of the Fancy Pants papers in the main kit that matches it so perfectly.

Next, I wanted to create a few masculine cards since my boys always seem to have a party to go to, plus it was my son’s 10th birthday last weekend and this was the perfect time to make him a card too 🙂

Although there are lots of “pretty” colors in the kits this month, as you can see, there are tons of great masculine colors too! I love this fun paper by Pink Paislee and it’s great for a masculine card paired with those glittery chipboard stars.

Here is one last card for my party stash, that I think could work for anyone having a birthday!

I love the fun mix of chipboard and mini alpha stickers on this card with the silver glitter chipboard stars.
