Hi! Irit here with a new layout using the April kits, and today I’m playing with mixed media! Here’s my finished layout-
I started with a piece of aqua cardstock from the cardstock add on and primed it with gesso. Next I added some Ranger Texture Paste through a Dylusions stencil from March’s color kit. While the paste was still wet, I added Webster’s Pages letter stickers on top, pushing them gently into the wet paste and let it dry completely.

I added some Distress paint in cracked pistachio and let it dry. And then it was time to play with the lovely Prima watercolor pencils from the April color kit!
I added some green, pink, blue and a little purple. Final touches to the background were splatters using Dylusions ink spray in Lemon Zest, also from the March color kit.
The rest of the layout was pretty straight forward. I used the Amy Tan gold word thickers from the main kit for my title, and some die cuts and wood tag as embellishments.
I just love all that texture in the background!
