Happy Tuesday, friends! Missy here with you with another layout using the 2015 February Hip Kits. For this week’s layout, I decided to dig into the Cardstock Kit and use some of the grey cardstock as my base. I love the muted look it gives, and the beautiful Bubblegum Pink Dylusions Spray from the Color Kit looks fabulous against the grey color. I went with a nice and neat grid design, but I added some chaos to it by adding the ink splotches and splatters. I love mixing organized with messy! I also added in lots of the MME Die Cuts from the Main Kit.
I layered several of those cute Die Cuts down here at the bottom and added in some machine stitching and tangled thread. I love the color mix here!

I can’t get enough of the shiny gold elements in these kits. I used more of the Crate Paper chipboard pieces from the Embellishment Kit and the gold rub-ons from MME in the Main Kit. Those little Evalicious stickers stick really well, by the way! I just added a staple because I love the look of it.
It doesn’t get any better than enamel dots and rub-ons! I wish had an endless supply of both of these products!
Here’s one more look at the Dylusions. I love how it looks two-tones. I blotted it with a paper towel before adding more. it gives the illusion of two different shades. And it really pops against the grey cardstock!
I hope this inspires you to pull out some of the colored cardstock and use it as your background. I really love how this project turned out using the grey piece!
