Hi everyone! It’s Kali here with you today sharing a couple more projects created with our July Hip Kits. My first project is a layout that is divided into 3 equal parts.
I decided that I wanted to build my layout from the center strip. I knew that I wanted to put my title at the bottom of my page with my photo and other embellishments towards the top. I added dimensional adhesive under the lower part of my photo to bring a little volume and and create balance with the chipboard. I love the way my page turned out! I hope that perhaps you might want to give this type of design a try when you create your next layout.
Want to create layouts like this? Our monthly kits include coordinated papers, embellishments, and supplies to bring your scrapbook pages to life.
My second project is a card with soft colors that was also created using our July Hip Kits. Once again I used the Crate Paper Open Road chipboard frames! They add awesome texture and dimension to any project. I continued with dimensional embellishments (chipboard shapes, Thickers and enamel dots). Then I finished off my card with some splatters of the Heidi Swapp Sweet Cherry Color Shine. I hope you like it. I will see you again next Tuesday with more Hip Kit projects! Have a great week. xo – Kali
