Hi there! It is Gaëlle here with you and today I am going to share with you this layout that I created with our March 2014 Hip Kit & Add-On Kits. I really love the Styleboard chevron paper… I think it’s graphic and sweet at the same time. I sewed a piece of the chevron paper onto a sheet of the Dear Lizzy woodgrain paper. Then I placed some layers of vellum behind my photo. To finish my page I placed some embellishments mostly along the central and vertical line of my layout. I hope you like it! |
For this card, I used the same color combination that I used on my “Love This” layout. I added one of the Daydreamer stitched journaling cards (included in our March Embellishment Add-On Kit) over some vellum and and a piece of woodgrain paper. I also tucked in a scrap of the yellow floral paper to give a little extra color. I added a wood button, some enamel dots and two little Daily Flash stars to to give some texture and dimension to my card. I hope you like it! |
